An Essex Street shopping plaza has sold for $2.41 million. The plaza is at 199-215 Essex St. and is 8,400 square feet. JK Junior Associates Realty Trust sold the property to Riverside Capital Partners of Danvers. NAI Hunneman Commercial was the buyer’s broker. The building is fully leased and its tenants are Giovanni’s Roast Beef and Pizza, Beverly Shop ‘N Go, Beverly Shop ‘N Go Liquors, Magic Touch Cleaners and Bank of America. The shopping plaza is on a .62-acre lot and is assessed by the city for tax purposes at $1.3 million. It was built in 1989.
