Beverly, MA; July 30, 2015 – Essex Point Properties, LLC, a private real estate investment company focused on acquiring convenience oriented retail and multi-family properties in eastern Massachusetts and the southeastern United States, announced its purchase of Briarcliff Court Condominiums, 913 Briarcliff, Atlanta, Georgia. The acquisition, which marks Essex Point Properties’ third purchase in Georgia in the past three years, brings the company’s portfolio to 14 properties, consisting of over 400,000 sf and 190+ residential units throughout eastern Massachusetts, Georgia, and South Carolina. Financing was provided by United Community Bank of Georgia.
The property is a 19-unit condominium complex in Atlanta.
