Mr. Rossetti is a founding partner of Essex Point Properties, a real estate investment group located in Massachusetts. Mr. Rossetti oversees the acquisition and management of the portfolio.

Mr. Rossetti started his career in finance as an investment banker with Needham & Company and Robertson, Stephens & Company. Mr. Rossetti received a B.A. in Spanish & Economics from Emory University and an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of California, Berkeley.

Ronald L. Rossetti was the president and CEO of Nature Food Centres, a publicly held 200+unit retail chain. He sold Nature Food Centres to GNC in 1994 and remained on the GNC board until it was sold in 1999 to Royal Numico, a Dutch conglomerate. He has also served as a director of Official Payments Holdings, Inc., and CEO from July 2006 through June 2010. Since 1994, Mr. Rossetti has also been a general partner in several real estate limited liability companies, all commonly controlled by Riverside Capital Holdings, where he served on the Board of Trustees for 25 years. Mr. Rossetti is a CPA and received a B.S. from Northeastern University.
